Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever — 20 smart links per month (QR codes included), 5,000 clicks per month, and 7-day analytics retention. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
Do I need to pay VAT?
VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. EU-based businesses with a validated VAT ID qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism (0% VAT). Listed prices are net and always exclude VAT.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the dashboard; the change applies instantly and any unused portion of your current cycle is prorated automatically.
What happens if I exceed my click limit?
On paid plans your links keep working — we never drop traffic. Overage clicks are billed automatically on your next invoice at €2.50 per 10,000 clicks. The Free plan hard-stops at 5,000 clicks until the next monthly reset.
What happens if I exceed my monthly link limit?
On paid plans new links keep creating — extra links are billed automatically on your next invoice at €30 per 10,000. Pre-buying a link pack at €25 per 10,000 ahead of time costs less than overage. The Free plan hard-stops at 20 links per cycle until the next monthly reset; existing links keep redirecting either way.
Are QR codes counted separately?
No. A QR code in Codelloy is a short link with QR enabled, so it draws from your monthly smart-link allowance — the same number you see on every plan card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard and your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then reverts to Free.
