If you're looking for a tiiny host alternative — or a handoff host alternative — you're probably trying to solve one specific problem: you have a single HTML file and you need it on a real URL that you can send to someone. This post compares Codelloy Pages against both, including where they beat us. If your only goal is to host an HTML file free, the honest answer depends on what else you need alongside it.
The short answer
tiiny.host is a bigger, more mature file host. It handles more formats, scales to far more storage, and is cheaper if hosting is the only thing you're buying.
Codelloy Pages is part of a link platform. Every page gets a branded short link, a QR code, and full click analytics, because it runs on the same infrastructure as the rest of Codelloy. It is not a separate subscription.

We don't cap how many pages you publish; your storage allowance is the real bound. On the free plan that's 25 MB across every page and every version you keep.
The three "from €5/mo" rows are the substantive difference. On tiiny.host, commenting, QR codes and analytics all sit behind the paid Tiny plan. On Codelloy they're on the free plan, because they aren't Pages features — they're link features, and a page is a link.
The last row is a smaller but real distinction: tiiny.host's FAQ states that free links stay online indefinitely "as long as you log into your account once every 3 months." Codelloy Pages has no equivalent keep-alive requirement.
Where tiiny.host is the better choice
This is not a close call in several places, and it would be dishonest to bury it.
tiiny.host is cheaper for pure hosting. Their entry plan is €5/mo and their 5-project plan is €13/mo. Codelloy's first paid tier is €49/mo (excl. VAT) — but that's a full link-management plan with 10,000 smart links, 50,000 clicks, a custom domain and 3 seats, not a hosting SKU. If you don't want those things, you're overpaying with us.
tiiny.host scales much further. Their higher plans reach 10 GB and 2 TB of account storage. Codelloy Pages caps at 300 MB on Business and 1 GB on Enterprise. If you're hosting large files, video, or dozens of heavy projects, we are the wrong tool and will stay the wrong tool.
tiiny.host's password protection is far cheaper. They include it from €13/mo; on Codelloy it starts at €49/mo. If password-protected pages are your main requirement, they win outright.
tiiny.host accepts more than one HTML file. They handle zip uploads, PDFs and other formats. Codelloy Pages takes exactly one self-contained HTML file — your markup with CSS and JavaScript inlined or loaded from a CDN. There's no build step, no server-side code and no multi-file upload. That covers landing pages, one-pagers, reports, prototypes and design handoffs, and nothing beyond that.
What about handoff.host?
handoff.host is a narrower and newer product: it turns AI-generated HTML artifacts into shareable, versioned URLs, with a Claude Code integration that uploads directly from your session. If that is precisely your workflow, it's purpose-built for it in a way neither we nor tiiny.host are.
Two things to know when comparing. First, it already has built-in versioning, so that isn't a reason to pick Codelloy over it. Second, it publishes no pricing — there's no plan, storage or bandwidth figure anywhere on the site as of August 2026 — so we can't offer you a numeric comparison, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
How Codelloy Pages metering works
This trips people up, so it's worth stating plainly rather than in a footnote:
- Each page uses one link from your plan, and its views count as clicks against your monthly click allowance. Pages is not a separate meter.
- Storage is a lifetime total, not a monthly allowance. 25 MB on the free plan is 25 MB in total, not 25 MB per month. There is no separate cap on how many pages you publish.
- Bandwidth is a fair-use allowance that scales with your plan. It exists to stop runaway costs, not as a number to shop on.
So which should you pick?
Pick tiiny.host if hosting is the product you want to buy: you need more storage, more file formats, cheap password protection, or you just want the lowest possible price for putting files online.
Pick handoff.host if your workflow is specifically shipping HTML artifacts out of an AI coding session.
